Entra PD P1 license I didn't sign up for?

Coming from a business using a non-profit global admin account, our company is eligible for an Azure grant, but we haven't accepted it yet and do not have an active Azure subscription. However, I noticed when logging in that the home page shows I have an Entra PD P1 subscription even though I haven't selected anything. I have zero users added and haven't done anything regarding Entra ID as our business is just starting to create an Azure work environment. I don't want to be accidentally charged for something I'm not currently using but I'm not sure how to fix it. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Microsoft often provides certain services and licenses to eligible non-profit organizations at no cost. The Entra ID P1 (formerly Azure AD P1) license you're seeing is likely part of this grant.

Entra ID is separate from an Azure subscription. You can have Entra ID licenses without an active Azure subscription for cloud services.

Ensure that your organization has been properly registered and verified as a non-profit with Microsoft. This can usually be done through the Microsoft Non-profit Portal
