Import Snapshot from Azure Resource Group to create VolumeSnapshot in kubernetes cluster

Hi All,

I am looking for a way by which we can import a snapshot in azure portal and create VolumeSnapshot inside kubernetes cluster.

we went through below links:

but we are using jump server to connect to kubernetes cluster which is a windows server and i can see they have not mentioned any steps for windows.

is there any other tool or steps by which we can achieve it in windows jump server.
