Switzerland North remains in Status "Creating" for hours. Eventually deployment fails

Hello,
I am trying to create an Azure OpenAI instance and it seems stuck in "Creating" status.
I created some with the West Europe location but the ones with the Switzerland North location are stuck.
What might be the issue here?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this issue.
We have got a few customers who have reported the same issue. We are working on this and also involved the Product Owners in the background to investigate.
I will keep you posted about the updates.
