STOP Inaccessible Boot Device

Hey, I am trying to install a touch all-in-one PC via MDT.

I see the driver injection, see the partitioning. Via F8 and diskpart I can see the created operating system.

All good. But at the first reboot it comes up with bluescreen and Inaccessible boot device.

I tried to install the system via usb stick. Used Windows 11 and inserted the disk driver because no disk where found. In this scenario I can succesfully boot the client.

The same driver is part of my driver folder in the deployment workbench. I also added those storage drivers to the boot image (and updated the boot image).

What could be the reason, that windows won´t start?

The system has a nvme disk - storage driver is Intel RST - iaStorVD.inf

I have no option for AHCI or similar in BIOS (hence it is a nvme I think)
