I realized that MCSE and MCSA already retired in 2021, however are these certificates still valid to use?

if you already achieved them, the certifications will be in the “inactive” section of your transcript.

It is recommended you instead take move to the new Role Based Certifications as they are the ones currently relevant to updated technologies.
