    Hi @LingamNavyaSree-5114 ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/Account Linking

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Hi LingamNavyaSree-5114,

Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.

First, verify that your Certiport Azure certificate is still valid. If the certificate has expired, then you may need to retake the exam or go through another certification process to regain your certificate.

Since the issue involves an expired access code, you should contact Certiport's customer service or technical support department directly. They can provide specific guidance on how to deal with expired access codes, including the possibility of restoring or reissuing them.

Ensure that your Microsoft account is up to date and is properly set up to accept certificate links from Certiport. Sometimes issues with account settings or authentication systems may prevent you from successfully linking certificates.

Follow the official Microsoft and Certiport guidelines and processes for attempting to link certificates. These guides usually provide the most accurate and up-to-date information and can help you avoid common errors and problems.

    Best regards

    NeuviJ
