When I tried to export for excel my sharepoint list, and I open the query on excel it shows the follow message as an error::
"There isn't enough memory to complete this action. Try using less data or closing other applications"

I tried to look for help in youtube and everwhere but without success.

Does anybody here knows how to fix this?

    Hi @Ma06,

It sounds like you're encountering a memory issue on your device. To resolve this, you can try a few things:

    1. Close Unused Applications: Close any applications or browser tabs that you're not currently using to free up memory.
    2. Test with 64-bit version of Excel: In any 32-bit application, there's a 2-GB limitation. If your processes need to use more than 2 GB's, then you need to carefully consider moving to Microsoft Excel 64-bit version. The 64-bit version allows all available physical RAM on the machine to be used.
    3. Clear Cache: If applicable, clearing the cache of specific applications or your browser can also free up memory.

    Hello RaytheonXie_MSFT.

Unfortunately, is not a memory issue since it is happening in more than one company device.

We've had a similar problem: the same error appeared when opening the query file in Excel, but after clicking "OK" on the error message, the exported data was opened in Excel - missing one specific column.

When hiding the column from the SharePoint list view and exporting again, there was no error message.

We found that changing the column to optional and back again to mandatory fixed the bug. After this change on the column, the error message in Excel did not appear and also the column was correctly included in the export.

@Ma06 i've just got same error here and after follow the suggestions made by @QuickBrownFox i could identify a problematic field (in my case a numeric field that apparently had some wrong numbers typed by users). After hide the field the error disappeared.

I set currency columns to 2 digits decimal and not automatic, that helped me to fix it.
