Apply Credit to Azure subscription

I have two subscriptions.

1 Azure

2 Visual Studio Professional (cost 2k)

I have 70$ Azure credits in my VS subscription, and I want to apply them to my Azure subscription.

I have searched all over and cannot figure out how to do this.

    Change your Azure subscription to a different offer

    As a customer with a pay-as-you-go subscription, you can switch your Azure subscription to another offer in the Azure portal. For example, you can use this feature to take advantage of the monthly credits for Visual Studio subscribers.
