Is the Azure Instance Metadata Service (IMDS) (169.254.169.254) available in an ADF Azure-SSIS integration runtime? If it isn't available, how else can I get a bearer token? eg. to be able access Azure key vaults. I am looking to find alternatives to not to storing credentials in packages.

@Daniel Jarolim - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Unfortunately, Azure Instance Metadata Service (IMDS) (169.254.169.254) is not available in ADF Azure-SSIS integration runtime.

The Azure Instance Metadata Service (IMDS) provides information about currently running virtual machine instances. You can use it to manage and configure your virtual machines. This information includes the SKU, storage, network configurations, and upcoming maintenance events.
