Hi,

We have n number of shared mailbox for different customers with limited people to manage as workflow is less.

E.g. 10 mailboxes assigned to one person.

Looking after 10 mailboxes at a time is not possible, hence we thought of forwarding all the emails to one mailbox so that the person can go through it and don't miss any. however, when he replies to one of the emails, "From" is by default selected as the common mailbox as default.

What i want is, when i do reply all, Outlook should automatically pick "from" to which the actual email is received, instead of default mailbox.

I tried setting up rule or scripting via VBA, but it is not helping, please suggest we can Automate this or any other solution.

    Hi @Fahel Sawant ,

Agree with michev, currently, it is not feasible to use Outlook's built-in functions to get what you need. It is recommended that you post in the dedicated Office Development forum or Power Automat forum to get more professional help.

If you want to be able to select the "correct" address each time, the shared mailbox must be added to Outlook as additional account. Based on your description, this is not what you are after, so instead you should look for a solution based on VBA, or a custom add-in. No built-in functionality can help you with that.
