Hello,
1 hour ago I was try to take a certification exam on peoplecert.org
When I enter to start exam, the web make a scan from my cam, my mic and my connection. All was successfull. The problem is when supervisor try to connect and the web show me error code: 490 and sub code 4502.
I’ve been find about of this error but I dont found more details :/, only that the error have relation with my network

Carlos Ramos 0 Reputation points2024-07-08T10:56:15.6866667+00:00 Hola Jean, Arturo, Hoy he tenido el mismo problema y lo atribuían a mi red, Cambie mi laptop de trabajo a laptop personal y mismo error, luego cambie a un equipo de mesa, y mismo error, en los 03 equipos el mismo error, usando Chrome y Edge (ya les dije que era problema de peoplecert), al final he reprogramado pero el equipo de peoplecert pero, parece que tampoco sabe que hacer. y ando buscando una solución sin éxito.
