Subject: Assistance Needed: Certificate for AZ-900 Exam Not Received

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding my Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification. I successfully passed the exam on 7/1/2024, but I have not yet received my certification. I have checked my certification dashboard and email (including spam/junk folders) but did not find any relevant communication.

Here are my details:

  • Full Name: Carlory ELIANTUS
  • Exam Date: 7/1/2024
  • Exam Confirmation Number: ‎MS0996871094‎

Could you please look into this matter and assist me in obtaining my certification?
