In the section on this page titled "Deply the sample application", the steps walk you through creating a deployment.yml file, but never instruct you to apply that deployment to the AKS cluster. Later steps fail without this.

Fix: add a step 4 in this section to apply the deployment.yml to the AKS cluster.
