Good day

My exam was for 6:30 PM South African time. I checked in for my exam 30 minutes before the time and did all the checks however the application has not moved from here as per the image attached. I have used a voucher and am afraid of losing the voucher as well as the opportunity to take the exam. I tried looking to call or get assistance from someone but seems like this is the only way how I would get assistance. User's image
