 Please i need your help on this issue.

Could you please confirm if the below policy settings are correct. My requirement is : "Give FeedBack" option should appear in Teams. Allow "Surveys" to appear for users to which they can respond.

 Hence I have set  "UserInitiatedMode" to Disabled  and " ReceiveSurveysMode" to Enabled in the TeamsFeedbackpolicy.

Below details for reference, please let me know if below settings are correct.

UserInitiatedMode : Disabled

ReceiveSurveysMode : Enabled

 I haven't received "Survey prompt" yet for account to which this policy was applied.

The policy was created last week and applied on this account around start of this week so there was sufficient time for replication.

Also, since at a time we can apply only 1 feedback policy to user, hence there are no conflicting settings. Is there any way I can test the Survey prompt ?

I am testing the functionality from Teams web version and it is up-to-date (new Teams). 

I tried toggling to different policy to check if any of those with "Enabled" Surveys work, however still the same issue.
