How to fix my authenticator

Good afternoon I recently bought a new phone with a new phone number. I have tried to log back into my school account to access my exams and assignments. It will not allow me to use the app to authenticate my canvas (school website to access my assignments). Is there a way you can send me a new QR code to authenticate my school email so i can access canvas. Thank you.

    If you don't have access to your old phone to use the Authenticator or SMS on this phone to perform MFA, you will need to contact your schools IT helpdesk to have them reset your MFA authentication methods.
