PearsonVue System Error

I was in the middle of a proctored exam when my exam switched to case studies and labs. I believe i had only answered 33 questions. This was for a intermediate cert : Ms Azure Databases Admin Associate DP300. PearsonVue proctors tried to restart the session three times and it did not help. They told me that they would cut a ticket with their support team and then end the exam session. Microsoft has since graded the few questions i answered and it was a fail 665/700. What should i do now? Can i still take the questions i did not answer?
