I am trying to renew my Azure Admin certification but when I log in with the associated account I'm stuck with this prompt: "Before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account."

I can see in my transcript that the certificate is assigned to that specific account. Also, all of my points are gone. Not sure what's going on. I'm having to use a different account just to ask this question.
