Olá! Minhas contas do Facebook e Instagram estão pedindo o código do Microsoft Autenticador mas não tenho os códigos, eu os apaguei. Teria alguma forma de recuperar, ou retirar o acesso dessas contas pelo Autenticador? não estou conseguindo acessar minhas contas por nada.
