I notice that you 've already have one thread about your installation problem, it seems that there were several fragments from previous install attempts lodged in the windows registry. Once those fragments were removed from the registry, the program installed smoothly. You can try to Repair a Failed SQL Server Installation.

You could try follow the Zoe's answer in your last thread to uninstall the failed SQL Server. In addition, you could refer to this article, it shows the steps of how to uninstall the SQL Server clearly in detail. Then please restart your PC and run the installation media as administrator. When you reinstall the SQL Server on server configuration page, please remember to change the SQL Server Database Engine account and SQL Server Agent account to local System (NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) to ensure these accounts have enough permission.
