The problem is that I broke my phone and have had to set up a new Authenticator install on my new phone.
There seems to no way to login without 2 factor authentication but I can’t reset it or regenerate the QR code without logging in, which I cannot do. When you click 'I can't use the Authenticator it just asks you for the Authenticator code in an endless loop. I do not get the option of a code to my mobile even though my mobile no is registered tio my account.
How do I get out of this endless loop, all it needs is a Microsoft Admin to reset the 2FA so that I can regenerate the QR code to add the account into Authenticator.
