MS900 exam scheduled with Pearson VUE - rescheduling error

I had an online exam scheduled with Pearson VUE on July 5th at 5:30. I had done the pre-check of the computer, and when I was ready to take the exam, the video streaming test was failing, so I had to restart my computer. When I got back on and got into the queue, the proctor said I needed to remove items from my desk, which I did. But they wanted to see behind my monitor, and I had no way of doing this as I was using a docked monitor with a built-in webcam so I couldn't turn if fully around to show them.

They hastily told me I had to reschedule, and I got a prompt on my computer with a link. I went to the link, and was getting and error. I attempted to reschedule several times with the same error. The next day I went back to my certifications and the exam was no longer there, and there was nothing to reschedule.

See attached screenshots of the errors.

I need to have this fixed so that I can reschedule the exam.

    Hi @Chris Schondel ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Exam Registration/Scheduling

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Pearson VUE Support:

    Pearson VUE - Customer Service

    Pearson VUE - Chat
