I can't create a Certification profile

Hello,
I cannot registered for an exam b/c I keep getting this message in screenshot

  • The Certification Profile is moving to the Learn Profile. As a result, we have paused the creation of new Certification Profiles. Please create a Learn Profile by going to https://video2.skills-academy.com

When I got to go Profile > Credentials > then click Certification Profile, not account is found

I've added all accounts under Account Management and I still cannot go through with registering for an Exam

I've done all troubleshooting (restart computer/browser, Incognito, clear cache/cookies, connected all accounts, re-login and followed all troubleshooting.

Please help, thank you
