MFA alternate phone

Hi everyone, i'm trying to add an alternate phone to my MFA, the option is only call, but during the call is asking me to type an "account key" what is that account key? idk if is an specific key on the keyboard or if i need to type something.

    However, this should be a TOTP generated by authenticator. Pls check your authenticator app
