I have created an access review in Azure, which is set to start tomorrow, and it currently shows "Not started" with 0 users listed. why is this so? Is this expected behaviour?
Its queued up so that is expected. Once it runs it should show completion.
It's still showing the same thing. Ideally, the process should have started. Still displaying "Not started"
What time did you create it? It will should start then. So if you created the review at 2PM for example, it should start at 2PM on the day you designated.
I suspected that! I created it around 3:30 pm. Right now, it's 2:52 pm. Let me wait for another half an hour and re-check again.

I believe I need to create an access review again. I thought the process might have started, but I am afraid it's not. Same as it is. #Disappointed
It's working now.
Conclusion: The process starts running at the exact time I finish creating the access review.
I started creating the access review at around 3:30 pm and Finished around 5:00 pm.
On 9th July at 5:00 pm, the process started running.
