Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am currently attempting to mark my application as Publisher Verified in the Azure Portal, but I am unable to locate the "Add Partner One ID to verify publisher" option in the "Branding & properties" blade of my app registration. Below are the details of my setup and the steps I have followed:

  1. Steps Followed:
    • Navigated to the App registrations blade in the Azure Portal.
    • Selected the app I want to mark as Publisher Verified.
    • Opened the "Branding & properties" blade.
    • Ensured the app’s publisher domain is set correctly.
    • Confirmed that the domain of the email address used during the verification process for my CPP account matches the publisher domain or a DNS-verified custom domain on the tenant.

Despite following these steps, I do not see the "Add Partner One ID to verify publisher" option at the bottom of the page.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I need to ensure that my application is correctly marked as Publisher Verified.

Thank you for your support.

    Hi @Bhavya

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you are unable to Find "Add Partner One ID to Verify Publisher" Option in Azure Portal.

To add an MPN ID for publisher verification, the domain must be publisher domain or DNS-verified on the tenant and match the primary contact domain of your MPN account.

Could you please confirm whether you are using an email-associated domain or a custom domain? It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the branding and properties section of the application page for a better understanding of the issue.

    Thanks,

    Navya
