extracting files not working EXTREMLY ANNOYING

i click on extract all on a zip file the pop up takes 5 to 10 minutes to pop up then it crashes my whole laptop Microsoft please fix i am extremely annoyed by this

    Hello,

    Firstly, I suggest that check system and application event log about explorer crashed infomation. To find detailed inforamtion for the event about which driver or software may caused this issue. Then uninstall to check.

    Meanwhile, I suggest that try to check update, if any security update could be found, install them to see if the issue still insists.

    Also if we try to use WinRAR, 7-Zip, or WinZip if it works fine.
