Hi All, Could you please have a look at the screenshot below and advise if the Unsubscribe ribbon is appended on Exchange Online level. Users claim that the Unsubscribe ribbon is appended for emails that contain Unsubscribe link. If that ribbon is appended on Exchange Online level is it possible to disable it?

After my testing, there may not be a built-in feature in Outlook to disable the unsubscribe ribbon. 1.Click on the “File” option in the top left corner of the Outlook client.

2.Select “Manage Add-ins” option.

3.Then automatically open OWA and pop up the following window.
