Hi, @X-Box-11-2021
Based on your description, I understand that you want to disable the unsubscribe ribbon.
At the Exchange Online level, when an email contains an unsubscribe link, the unsubscribe button will be automatically triggered, which can help users unsubscribe easily, which is a very convenient feature for users.
After my testing, there may not be a built-in feature in Outlook to disable the unsubscribe ribbon. At the same time, the ribbon not only helps users manage unwanted emails, but also serves as part of complying with anti-spam regulations such as the CAN-SPAM Act.
From your screenshot, I can see that you are moving an email from a sender with an unsubscribe link to your Junk Email folder, which means that you may not need the email, so it is recommended that you unsubscribe from the sender to manage your mailbox more easily.
In my personal experience, you can try the option to unsubscribe as shown in the picture, but this may block the sender.
