Is there a way to migrate our VMware VM's to Azure

So, with the increasing costs of VMWare, our organization is looking to change how we host our servers. I was wondering if there was a solution that would allow for us to migrate our VM's to Azure and maintain a connection to those servers as though they were still on-premise? We have things like door controls that would still be able to access the servers directly. Is this possible?

    Hi @John O'Reilly ,

in general it's possible to migrate the VMs from on-premises VMWare to Azure.

Please take a look at Azure Migrate for the migration process.

    Azure Migrate documentation

To connect the Azure environment with your on-premises network you can implement an Azure VPN Gateway Site-To-Site connection or if required Azure Express Route:

    What is Azure ExpressRoute?
