Or you can go to Volume Licensing Service Center support. Please choose region/language and choose to call or have web.

    This forum is for technical questions. Your question is a commercial one, and no one here are in position to give an authoritative number.

    I am not sure that the number that Lucy gave you is the best one, because I think that number is more for questions what you can and cannot do with a certain license.

    You need to talk to a Microsoft sales representative or a Microsoft reseller. And, no, I don't have very much idea of how you find these people. I never have reason to buy SQL Server myself. Also, these contacts are typically local to your country or region.
