I am using gmail accounts for a primary and secondary emails but I do not think that is the reason. They do not show me the details. They just tell me that it failed. I have checked over the info I have inputed and it is right. It simply does not make sense. Moreover, they are able to send me a failed status in 20 mins meaning the info I enter is so good that they are able to look up my LLC and return a quick answer.

Maybe it is b/c I did not enter EIN/Tax ID with a dash but I don't think it cares because it is treated as invalid with a dash. I am very confused, and I do not know how to resolve this situation. I do not know what errors I am getting. My company has existed for much more than 3 years and has made purchases.

I looked at the requirements, but people from different sources give me varied answers on it. The requirements are not fully clear. I guess I could say I met them, yet why do I get failed within 20 mins?

@Arthur L Just wanted to check if the suggestions mentioned in this post - https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/answers/questions/1821057/does-azure-trusted-signing-identity-validation-sup were helpful or not.
They are not helpful because they are not fully clear on requirements. Also, after reading about other people’s experience, Azure requests for their proof of ownership of their email’s domain later on, and you can’t prove ownership of gmail domain. So that has left me thinking if it is actually because the emails are gmail.
The answer was to use an email that was not a @gmail email.

The steps were that on the beginning of the identity validation request, I inputted @mydomain emails rather than @gmail emails.
