CSP new customer admin account handling

Hello,
I'm a CSP admin and we don't know what to do with the Admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .onmicrosoft.com account created on a customer creation.
Can we keep this account for ourselves or should we handle it to the end customer? If we keep it for ourselve, the customer will have no Global Admin account, but as we manage their IT it's not an technical issue... but is this legal?

So you have created an admin role account. How you handle the admin account depends on your own requirement. But it is important to know that there is only one Global Admin account in a partner center account. It has the highest authority. I would NEVER allow a customer to manage our CSP :D
My question is about the customer admin account created when I generate a new customer in CSP. (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/partner-center/add-a-new-customer)
At the end of this process, we got an account admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx .onmicrosoft.com who is the first Global Admin for the customer tenant.Can I keep this Global Admin for myself or should I hand it over the customer?
If I keep it the customer will have NO global admin and no possibility to obtain one without my help.Regards
