Thanks for answering, i can't connect to my VM on my mobile but i can do it on my ipad , how i fix it?

I'd recommend looking at the troubleshooting guide:
Troubleshoot Remote Desktop connections to an Azure virtual machine
It most likely is an issue of whitelisting your IP address. Are you on the same network as your iPad?

Are you attempting to connect to an Azure virtual machine or Azure Virtual Desktop from your mobile device?
What operating system does your VM use? Is it Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Server?
