Microsoft.Communication.EmailEngagementTrackingReportReceived event real clicks vs automated clicks

Hi,

Not too long ago we had an issue with event clicks from our previous sender to where we would get click events from non-human interaction. Do anyone know if Azure EmailEngagementTrackingReportReceived has a way of filtering out these kind of clicks, or is that something we would have to determine internally?

    Hi @86727760 thanks for the question. unfortunately, Azure Event Grid's EmailEngagementTrackingReportReceived event doesn't offer built-in filtering for non-human click interactions. It provides engagement tracking metrics for emails sent from Azure Communication Services verified email domains that are enabled for user engagement analysis.
