How can you access an email account when the Authenticator App isn't working?

Hi there,

I've been using Microsoft Business 365 since 2022, I have the authenticator app, but I've recently forgotten my password.

No matter what I do I can not change it because the app isn't showing me any codes or numbers. It just keeps spinning and refreshing. I did have it once come up with the option to put a number in and then it just bounced back to the start.

I really need to change my password and gain access to my emails!

    Thanks for your question.

    As you do not have access and have lost the password, you will need a Global admin to reset your account password and re-register you for MFA

    Alternatively, if this is not possible you can try Microsoft account recovery form
