@Borislav Vitanov, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know there are two computers have issue when deploying company portal. From the screen shots, it seems the application is installed successfully on 6/24/2024. Lately, it seems there's update for the application, but it is failed to install the update version. As the original is installed, we may see the app shows installed under managed app.
For the error code, based on my researching, iI don't find the detailed description. Maybe it is a general error.
For the company portal, could you confirm if it is deployed via Microsoft Store new app type in Intune?
If yes, please check the following information:
- Is there any device working well? If yes, please check if there's any difference between the working device and not working device.
- Please confirm if winget is installed on device using command winget to verify.
- Please confirm the winget version on device, we could use command winget version to verify.
- Please confirm whether winget could install Company Portal successfully, we could use command winget install 9WZDNCRFJ3PZ.
