While it's true that Microsoft doesn't provide direct offline language pack downloads, you can still download language packs directly through your Windows 11 system. Here's how: - Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region. - Under Preferred languages, click on Add a language. - Search for the Chinese language pack you want to install and select it. - Click Next and install the language pack.
