PL-300 certification process, for Russian/Ukrainian speakers

Good afternoon, I would like to register for the PL-300 exam in the near future. Since my level of English does not always allow me to understand the questions well, I would like to clarify whether it is possible to take the exam in Ukrainian or Russian. If this is not possible, is it possible to use a translator during the exam? Thanks for the answer
