    Hi Veli,

    Try upgrading your Azure account:

Upgrade your Azure free account or Azure for Students Starter account

    https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription#upgrade-your-azure-free-account

If you have an Azure for Students Starter account and are eligible for an Azure free account, you can upgrade to it to an Azure free account. You get $200 Azure credit in your billing currency and 12 months of free services on upgrade. If you don't qualify for a free account, you can upgrade to pay-as-you-go rates with a support request.

    Hello Veli Ngwenya,

Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I would request you to please try creating in some other region, it could be a interim issue. Also please check if you have Registered 'Microsoft. Storage' in the resource providers menu in the Azure subscription. Select the item and click on 'register' on the top of the page.

Also please review the Validation errors and check if you are seeing any of these and resolve with the mitigation steps provided in the doc.

As you are using Free trial subscription: The free credit subscriptions doesn't provide the same options as a paid subscription. The latter would provide you with an additional menu to pick specific regions, and custom options in redundancy as well.

If you still have credits in your account: Try to sign up using Chrome and in an incognito window or clear all your browser cache and try using the Edge Browser.

Make sure you have not used the same Credit Card before that you have used earlier for Creating a Free Azure account. Azure free account FAQ
