Reset the two-factor authentication in microsoft business account

I am writing to seek urgent assistance with my Microsoft business account. I am currently unable to access my account due to the requirement to authenticate using Microsoft Authenticator. Unfortunately, I do not have access to this authentication method.

I have been trying to resolve this issue by contacting Microsoft Support for the past two weeks, but I have not yet received a solution. As a result, I am unable to use the software that I have paid for.

I kindly request that you reset the two-factor authentication on my account so that I can regain access and continue using the necessary services.
