Unable to setup microsoft authenticator in new mobile

I lost my old mobile and got a new mobile and unable to setup microsoft authenticator app as it asking to approve the code in authenticator itself but I have no where sign in authenticator and it is only showing options authenticator code approve.

    Thanks for your question.

    If you lost access, for Microsoft Accounts you can only login via your recovery methods (Recovery codes/alternate email or what you set at the beginning). If you did not set these, then you may alternatively have to attempt an account recovery using https://account.live.com/acsr

    For Work/School Account they can only be reset by your Admin. You will need to contact your Admistrators for the apps to help you.
