@John Lincs To accommodate the new 4-word hyphenated password requirement in Outlook, first open the Outlook application on your computer. Click on File in the top-left corner, then select Account Settings and again Account Settings from the dropdown. In the Email tab, select the email account you need to update and click on Change. In the Change Account window, update the Password field with your new 4-word hyphenated password. Click Next to test your account settings, and if the test is successful, click Close. Finally, click Finish to complete the process
