EXE Files open but do not install packages after reboot

Hello,

Recently, I have been trying to install several apps with their corresponding .exe or .msi files. However, when I go through the install process of all of them, they do not install the app at all after I do my required reboot. I am not an administrator of my system on Windows 11, and am unsure what type of error it is that is preventing these apps from even installing at all. Help?

    Windows requires administrator privileges to install most applications. When you're not an admin, the system may block installations even if it appears to go through the process.

    Contact your system administrator and explain the situation.
