1.     Successfully deployed IoT operations using the OPC PLC simulator provided in the quick start guide. We can see all pods except ‘aio-opc-asset-discovery’ running.

  1. Created asset endpoints and assets as outlined in the Microsoft Azure IoT Operations quick start guide https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/iot-operations/get-started/quickstart-add-assets, confirming data flow to the MQTT broker using the mqttui tool.

  1. Configured a data pipeline with the MQ data source and set the destination to Azure Blob storage with configuration like below

Despite these configurations and successful pipeline deployment, data ingestion into the blob storage was not observed.

  1. Created another pipeline with MQ as the source and Azure Data Explorer (ADX) as the destination, following the documentation provided https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/iot-operations/connect-to-cloud/howto-configure-destination-data-explorer?tabs=serviceprincipal.

However, this setup did not result in the creation of a table in ADX or data being transferred successfully.

After saving the pipeline we got following error, but clicking “View data pipeline” is not giving any information about the error

We seek guidance on any steps we may have overlooked. Additionally, we are looking for methods to diagnose configuration issues with the data pipeline, as no logs pertaining to the pipeline operations were found.

Your assistance in identifying the root cause and resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
