Accidental purchase of Windows 11 Product Key. How do I get a refund?

On the Microsoft store, I clicked buy for a Windows 11 digital license. I get notified on my phone to ask me if it's really me to reply Y. I hit Y and then it says, great wait 1 minute and try again. So I wait a couple minutes, nothing looks activated yet. Also, the Microsoft store said it didn't work the first time. Ok, so I push buy a second time and sit there for another couple minutes thinking what is happening here... Then it just says activated. Ok great it worked, but I checked orders an it charged me twice...

How do I get a refund the extra Windows 11 product key? I guess just charge it back because of deceptive purchasing operations on Microsoft's part?
