Azure health bot, add custom model

I have create a custom model at CLU, which was previously made LUIS.
Now i am trying to add it in Azure Health bot language model section but after adding primary key endpoints and everything. When I click on fetch CLU, it gives me error.

What am I doing wrong? I have created several models but all of them gives the same error.
