We register a Universal Print OEM printer in Azure cloud and set the "print-color-mode-supported" as "color","monochrome".

Add the Universal Print OEM printer in windows 10 using default printer app, then print a color file as "Black & White", but windows 10 default printer app upload a color file to Azure cloud.

The windows 10 default printer app should upload a "Black & White" file is that right?

It seems the Windows 10 default printer app is uploading a color file instead of "Black & White" to Azure cloud.

    Check the following:

    1. Printer Settings: Ensure settings in the Windows 10 app are set to "Black & White".
    2. Driver and Firmware: Update the printer drivers and firmware.
    3. App Settings: Verify the app is configured for "Black & White" printing.
    4. Azure Configuration: Confirm "print-color-mode-supported" includes "monochrome".
    5. Universal Print Policies: Review any policies affecting print jobs.

If the issue persists, contact Microsoft support.
