I am trying to go through the azure mobile app to make a request. I will report back on if that is a work around.

Is any update status on this PIM issue available anywhere globally?
This issue has major implications for many yet appears to not have that much public exposure.
Issue has been fixed for me try it again.

I am still experiencing issues. When requesting an assignment it never goes through and is stuck in pending status. If you try to cancel the assignment, it says it is not in a cancellable state.
