I want to know if it's possible to join using a phone through dial-in to a video call of any type in Azure communication services and if possible what will be the process.

Thank you.

Hello @Marco Navarro yes you can enable inbound telephony calling for Azure Communication Services. This allows users to join a video call by dialing a phone number. The Call Automation SDK helps manage incoming calls to phone numbers acquired from Communication Services or via direct routing

By integrating PSTN capabilities with your video call setup, you can allow participants to join the video call via a phone call. This is particularly useful for users who may not have access to a stable internet connection or prefer to join via phone

    Hope that helps
