Want to register in AZ-500 exam but seeing a blank page

Hello,

I want to register for the Microsoft AZ-500 exam, but when I click the 'schedule exam' button at the end of this page

I see a blank page. I've tried opening the same page in incognito mode, tried other browsers, and refreshed the page, but the problem remains. I already have an account on lean.microsoft.com and am currently logged in from this account. Can you please fix this issue so I can register for this exam?
